The HKDRC 36^th Hong Kong Green Half Marathon and 10K Run 2013 is opened for ONLINE APPLICATION now. The entry quota for Half Marathon and 10 K is 1200 and 500 respectively. The time limit for completion is 2hrs 30mins.

The HKDRC 36^th Hong Kong Green Half Marathon and 10K Run is an environmental race, the course is “Zero Carbon Emission” (traffic free) which provides a chance for you to experience its differences from others.

RACINGTHEPLANET 極地長征 offers generous support by sponsoring 50 pairs “Columbia” Running Shoes as the winners’ prizes. Columbia running shoes is a professional and quality product that can improve runners’ performance in all directions.

The Entry Fee for each application is HK$220.- before 28 October and HK$270.- thereafter. It is first-come-first-served, you are advised to submit your entry applications as earlier as possible.

Six items of sustainable souvenirs include T-shirt, towel, finisher medal, environmental cutlery set, organic vegetable and biodegradable gift bag will be given to each participant. Free shuttle bus services at 4 stations for transporting participants to the race venue will be provided. The provision of seats is first come, first served.     

ChampionChip (MyLaps Bib Tag) timing system will be employed for recording of race results. Certificate for Hong Kong Green Runner 2013 with your finished position and time duly endorsed by us and the sponsors can be issued upon request.

Please pick up your race pack at the RacingThePlanet Store in Sheung Wan within a designated period. Runner should bring along the CONFIRMATION PAGE# and your registered ID card / passport for verification. 香港長跑會第36屆綠色半馬拉松及10公里是有名的環保賽，賽道是綠色「零碳排放」 將取得香港各政府部門支持及協助，於賽事進行期間由新娘潭路起至烏蛟騰，鹿頸全線封閉禁止所有車輛行使，而路線只限開放給參賽者使用。參賽者可以藉此機會盡量發揮爭取個人最佳的成績。

參賽者於10月28日前報名費用為港幣220元，之後至賽事當天費用是港幣270元，額滿即止，有興趣參加的運動員應盡早報名登記參賽。

本會籌辦是次賽事工作將全面邁向綠色及低碳方式，當中派發給每位完賽者 6款可持續及重用紀念品包括T恤，毛巾，環保餐具，獎牌，有機蔬菜及禮物袋。節省使用及減去一些不必要用品，推動回收運動衣物，同時亦於4個地點提供免費巴士服務接載參賽者往比賽場地。

本賽事將聘用冠軍晶片( 中國香港 ) 有限公司採用Mylaps Bib Tag 計時服務 – 紀錄優勝運動員成績及全場參賽者成績。

應參賽者要求，本會將發給每位完賽者成績證書，認可為 “ 香港綠色運動員 “。

附設於本賽事活動包括：-

• 2012年賽事相片 – 免費供參 賽者領取
• 張貼世界地圖供外國參賽者簽名，免費贈送禮物
• 售賣以折扣價紀念品
