What’s new on 25 February 2020 – Cancellation of Event
HKDRC 44th Mount Butler Race 2020 – 19 April 2020 ( Cancellation of Event )
In view of the unstable situation of the Covid-19 Infection in Hong Kong which affects our organizing work as well as runners’ participation, as of today, less than 50 participants’ entry applications are registered, i.e. a record of 90% drop in participant rate. We foresee not many new applications will be received in the coming 3-4 weeks. Therefore, we decide to CANCEL holding our event as scheduled on 19 April 2020.
Runners who have submitted and confirmed entry applications will be given refund. We would mail back full amount of payment to you in due course
We sincerely thank our sponsors’ and runners’ understanding of the situation. We also give our special thank for our key helpers hard work.
We apologize for unable to conduct this long-history, popular and exhilarating event in 2020 and we hope we can resume organizing the same event in 2021.

香港長跑會第44屆畢拿山 ( 古蹟 ) 越野賽2020：2020年4月19日
鑒於新型冠狀病毒在港持續傳播，直接影響本會籌辦賽事工作，與此同時亦令報名參賽人數下跌90%。截至2月25日登記參加本賽事的人數低於50。本會預計未來3-4星期登記的參賽者數量並不樂觀，本會在極不願意情況下作出取消賽事決定。
至於已遞交報名表或已登記參加賽事參賽者，本會將於稍後安排退款。退款方式將已郵寄 – 寄回已遞交報名費支票給已登記參賽者。
本會再次感謝贊助商及已報名的參賽者們的諒解。對熱愛跑步並登記的參賽者，本會致以衷心歉意，本會期望來年能在原址復辦這賽事。
