Welcome to the website of the Hong Kong Distance Runners Club.

HKDRC, one of the Hong Kong's largest running organizations, was founded in 1978 for promoting distance running in Hong Kong. Our spirit is "HKDRC – 45 years of commitment to distance running in Hong Kong ".

HKDRC has been an energetic contributor to the Hong Kong running scene for forty-five (45) years. Each year, HKDRC organizes popular distance running races to the public including the Mount Butler 15K cross-country run in March and the Hong Kong half-marathon in November. Besides being an organizer in promoting distance running, HKDRC also provides a cross-country training run program and a trailwalker training course for interested members and runners training use. Over the past 38 years, HKDRC members actively participated in public races, such as Macau, Standard Chartered Marathon, Macau International Marathon and China Coast Marathons along with many other mid- to long-distance running races. In the recent 4 years, HKDRC produced 40nos Green Running and Hiking routes in all areas of Hong Kong and Macau. HKDRC members are offered FREE workshop training to be an organizer to work for the Club.

香 港 長 跑 會 成 立 於 1978 年，致 力 推 廣 長 跑 運 動，是 香 港 長 跑 界 中 最 大 的 組 織 之 一。香 港 長 跑 會 的 精 神 是 "香港長跑會  – 全情推廣，香港長跑 45 年"。

香 港 長 跑 會 45 年 來 全 力 推 廣 長 跑 運 動，經 常 舉 辦 長 跑 公 開 比 賽，提 高 參 賽 者 的 技 術 水 平。當 中 包 括 每 年 季 初 舉 辦 的 半 馬 拉 松 賽 及 季 末 的 畢 拿 山15 公 里 越 野 賽。與 此 同 時，香 港 長 跑 會 亦 為 會 員 提 供 越 野 長 跑 和 毅 行 者 訓 練 課 程，籍 此 給 會 員 互 相 切 磋、交 流 技 術 和 增 進 友 誼 的 機 會。過 往 39年 本 會 會 員 除 積 極 參 與 各 項 大 型 賽 事 如 澳 門 馬 拉 松 賽，渣 打 馬 拉 松 賽，中 國 沿 岸 馬 拉 松 賽，其 他 中、長 距 離 的 跑 步 比 賽 外，更 積 極 參 與 服 務 協 助 慈 善 組 織籌 辦 賽 事 和 會 務 工 作 。近 年 更 推 廣 行 山 活 動 包 括40條 在 香 港 及 澳 門 的 熱門 行 山 路 線。
